K1-K3 Music Summer Camp: Happy Farmer
A summer camp themed around Happy Farmer, designed to lead children to discover every fun aspect of a farm and have a joyful musical summer!
Class Content
The class consists of three main parts: Orff Percussion, Art Class, and Elective Instrument Class.
- Orff Percussion – Learn rhythm, beat, and melody through different percussion instruments. The class values children's creativity, allowing them to compose their own favorite melodies.
- Art Class – Led by local artist Pan Huijun (Sister Lele), children will create fun farm-themed crafts.
- Elective Instrument Class – Children can choose one from four instruments: Drums, Piano, Ukulele, or Violin. Over two short weeks, children will build a learning atmosphere in small groups and get to know basic playing techniques for their chosen instrument.
Suitable Age Group
Suitable for children who will be promoted to K1 through K3 in September 2017. Classes are mixed-age except for the elective instrument, which is assigned by age.
- K1 Children: Drums
- K2 Children: Drums, Piano, Ukulele
- K3 Children: Drums, Piano, Ukulele, Violin
Fees
- Class Fee: MOP 209 per session, 24 sessions in total.
- Art Class Material Fee: Additional MOP 300.
- Note: Students for Ukulele and Violin classes need to bring their own instruments.
