What is Animal Flow?
Animal Flow is a fitness method developed based on animal movements, incorporating elements of yoga, gymnastics, breakdancing, and upper body balance training. It can be practiced indoors or outdoors with minimal equipment. Common movements include jumps, bear crawls, and ape jumps.

Practical Information
- Location: New Youth Association Headquarters (near Tap Seac Multi-sport Pavilion)
- Eligibility: Limited to valid members of the New Youth Association
- Fee: MOP 100 per session (4 classes total)
- Quota: 12 people per session
- Note: Please bring your own yoga mat and wear appropriate sportswear.

- Visit the association office during business hours starting September 27 (Sunday) to pay the fee.
Important Notes
- A spot is confirmed only upon payment; first-come, first-served.
- Fees are non-refundable if you cannot attend or withdraw for personal reasons. Spots are non-transferable.
- To ensure quality, please sign in before each class. Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Being late or leaving early by more than 30 minutes will be considered an absence.
- The event may be adjusted based on the COVID-19 situation and will follow health bureau guidelines. All entrants must complete a health declaration, have their temperature checked, and wear a mask.
- The organizer reserves the right to interpret, modify, and make final decisions regarding this event and its terms.
