Overview

The 2024 Macao Child Star Competition & Melco Little Ambassador aims to promote the development of children's performing arts. Children from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao are welcome to participate. The event seeks to foster performing arts exchanges within the Greater Bay Area.

Winners will be selected through a combination of online photo voting and a final talent showcase judged by a professional panel. The ultimate winners will have the chance to become a "Melco Little Ambassador" and win rich prizes supported by Melco Resorts & Entertainment.

Registration Fee Includes

One 2-hour weekday admission ticket for one adult and one child to City of Dreams "Kids' City" (not applicable on weekends or specified days).
A photography discount voucher from "Kid's Art Kingdom" worth MOP 300 (cannot be used during the event period).
A course discount voucher from Macau Supernova Model PR Co., Ltd. worth MOP 300 (cannot be used during the event period).
A trial class voucher from Macau Performing Arts & Culture Education Centre worth MOP 250 (cannot be used during the event period).

Upon successful registration, participants will receive the above-mentioned "Kids' City" ticket and partner vouchers. These can be redeemed at the "Kids' City" front desk during business hours from January 20 to March 15, 2024.

Optional Services (Roadshow on Feb 3-4)

Optional Paid Service 1: Makeup, hairstyling, shooting guidance, styling guidance (clothes not included) – MOP 600 per person.
Optional Paid Service 2: Professional photography session with 3 retouched photos provided – MOP 300 per person. Optional services require advance booking. Service 1 does not include photo retouching fees.

Toddler Group: Ages 4-6 (born between Jan 1, 2018 – Dec 31, 2020)
Children's Group: Ages 7-10 (born between Jan 1, 2014 – Dec 31, 2017)

Competition Highlights

10 winners will be selected as 2024 "Melco Little Ambassadors."
2 winners will advance to the Macau Baby International Model Grand Final.
2 winners will become 2024 child actors for Companhia de Telecomunicações de Macau (CTM) and participate in promotional videos.
4 winners will be selected as candidates for the 2024 Macau Hot Summer Girl Group.

Online Popularity Award (2 winners): Dream Party Package at City of Dreams "Kids' City".
Best Style Award (10 winners): One 2-hour weekday admission ticket for one adult and one child to "Kids' City".
Best Stage Presence Award (10 winners): One 2-hour weekday admission ticket for one adult and one child to "Kids' City".
Best Talent Award (10 winners): 2 standard tickets to Studio City "Water World".
Most Photogenic Award (10 winners): 2 standard tickets to Studio City "Water World".
Slot for Macau Baby International Model Grand Final (2 winners).
2024 CTM Child Actor (2 winners).

Competition Format

Online Phase: Participants submit one photo for online voting. The top 25 from each group, based on a combined score (Online Votes x 50% + Judges' Score x 50%), advance to the finals.
Offline Final: Finalists have approximately 1 minute to perform a talent (dance, singing, speech, etc.) for evaluation by the professional judging panel.
