Event Overview
To celebrate the festive season and continue the vibrant tradition, the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) presents the 2021 Christmas Market with the theme "Candy Village." The market will be held at Tap Seac Square for 16 consecutive days starting December 18, featuring 30 stalls selling Christmas gifts and snacks, festive decorations, and exciting entertainment for all.
Highlights & Activities
- Theme: Christmas Candy Village
- Stalls: 22 Christmas gift stalls and 8 food stalls, supporting local creative industries and businesses.
- Decorations: Festive lighting, illuminated Christmas trees, and canopy light decorations.
- Entertainment:
- Ski rink and carousel (Carnival)
- Newly added "Melodious Candy House" play area
- Roving performances including Santa Claus balloon twisting, clown juggling, and magic shows
- Photo spots with glowing star-shaped chairs, Christmas cribs, and wooden huts
- Charity: Four donation boxes for the "Christmas Warmth & Joy for Children 2021" campaign are set up on-site.

- Extended Hours (2:00 PM–12:00 AM): Dec 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 31, and Jan 1, 2022
- Regular Hours (2:00 PM–11:00 PM): All other dates
- Free Play Facilities Hours: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM (Ski rink, carousel, etc.)
- Free Photo Decorations Hours: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
Admission & Reservations
- Market Entry: Free admission to the sales area.
- Play Facilities: Free access but requires online reservation via the IAM website to reduce queuing time. A limited number of on-site spots are available daily.
- Capacity Control:
- Sales Area: Maximum capacity of ~1,000 people.
- Game Facilities Area: Timed entry slots (60-minute intervals) with a max of 150 people per slot.
Health & Safety Measures
In accordance with health guidelines, the following measures are implemented:
- Mandatory mask-wearing.
- Temperature checks.
- Presentation of a valid green Macao Health Code.
- Separate controlled entry zones for "Sales Area" and "Game Facilities Area."

- Venue: Tap Seac Square (Macau Peninsula)
- Temporary Transport: Temporary public and authorized vehicle pick-up/drop-off zones are set up on Rua de Afonso de Albuquerque during the event.
