Each year, Christian churches in Macao and other local Christian organisations come together to organise a Christmas Eve Celebration. The event – which started 27 years ago – has attracted over time a cumulative number of participants totalling over 100,000. The event allows residents and visitors to enjoy the festive season, while deepening their knowledge of Christian faith.
This year’s four-hour programme includes Christmas carols, choir singing, live music, children's dance and singing, performances by youth dance teams, drama plays and games, all suitable for families. The event is to be conducted in Cantonese.
