Overview

Opened on July 24, 2012, the Red Market Library is located in a building that was formerly a postal branch. The library retains the architectural postal elements of the building and displays an old postbox on loan from the Communications Museum. The Cultural Affairs Bureau preserves the original architectural features to reflect the local history and cultural value.

The library covers an area of 260 square meters, with 77 reading seats and 6 computers with internet access. The collection focuses on home economics books, catering to the needs of residents in the area. The collection includes approximately 5,391 books, 49 types of newspapers from various places, and 85 types of magazines.
