This exhibition features 100 posters by internationally renowned Swiss graphic designer Niklaus Troxler, showcasing the best works from his prolific career spanning over 35 years.
Troxler started organizing jazz concerts in Willisau, Switzerland, in 1966. By 1975, these events had evolved into the Willisau Jazz Festival, an international contemporary jazz event. He has designed all the festival posters, which are impressive and richly creative artworks. By using changing lines and color interactions, he combines everything that fascinates him about jazz music—rich notes, rhythm, improvisation, and individuality—into his poster designs. These works have earned him numerous national and international design awards.
