Exhibition Overview

Macau is a multicultural city that blends Eastern and Western festivals, reflecting the coexistence of Chinese traditions and international culture, while upholding celebratory customs and sustainability.

In this exhibition, paper engineer Benson Lam will create various forms of paper art using the Low Poly technique. The works showcase Macau's festive traditions, cityscapes, daily life, and Portuguese influences. With their sculptural forms, they vividly integrate festive elements with Macau landmarks, highlighting the city's unique characteristic of East-West cultural fusion.

About the Exhibition

As Macau's only 3D paper art creation exhibition, this showcase presents Benson Lam's exquisite techniques and craftsmanship. The display includes:

• Low Poly digital art 3D wall installations
• Various Low Poly LED light boxes
• Pet-themed paper art sculptures

These pieces perfectly demonstrate the diversity and versatility of paper art.

About the Artist: Benson Lam

• Born in Macau
• Studied and worked for over a decade in Hong Kong, Milan, Barcelona, and New York
• Professionally involved in visual merchandising, 3D paper art design, and training
• Former special instructor for the Macau Labour Affairs Bureau
• Taught window display design for the World Skills Competition (Macau region)
• Occasional summer course instructor for the Macau Education and Youth Development Bureau
• Currently operates two design and production studios in Southeast Asia (Thailand and Malaysia), primarily supplying paper art materials, production, and training services.
