Event Overview

The Leal Senado Building, a site within the UNESCO World Heritage 'Historic Centre of Macao', hosts two concurrent art exhibitions in its historic halls.

Exhibitions

• The 29th Collective Exhibition of Macau Artists (31 Aug – 20 Oct)
  • Features 54 award-winning and selected works from a pool of 265 submissions.
  • Includes 18 Chinese paintings, 19 Western paintings, and 17 Chinese calligraphy pieces.
• The Beauty of the Street – Exhibition of Works of Fotomo (30 Aug – 30 Oct)
  • Showcases 3D collage models created from cut and assembled photo prints of real-world street scenes.
  • Presents works by Hong Kong artist Ip Kar Wai, focusing on the streetscape of Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro.
  • Also features outstanding works by participants from the previous year's 'Collage Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro Fotomo Workshop'.
