The Taipa-Coloane History Museum is housed in the former Islands Municipal Council building. After renovation and revitalization, it now serves as a museum. Its primary displays include archaeological artifacts unearthed in Coloane, the history of the former Islands Municipal Council, the building's architectural features, and an overview of agriculture and some handicraft industries in the Taipa and Coloane areas. The museum is open to the public free of charge, allowing more residents and visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the past and present of the Taipa-Coloane district.
