About the Exhibition

The Village of Our Lady in Ká Hó is the only existing leprosarium site in Macao, and has been listed in the 3rd Group of Immovable Heritage of Macao (construction). The exhibition showcases nearly 100 selected archives and related material from the collections of the Archives of Macao, presenting a study of the development of Macao’s leprosy treatment facilities, outlining the history of leprosy treatment in Macao.
