Introduction
First opened to the public in 1993, the library was temporarily closed in 2005 to accommodate the urban renewal plan for the NAPE district. After reconstruction, it resumed service on February 10, 2009.
The new library, with a total area of 368 square meters, is also located within Ho Yin Park. It has two floors:
- First Floor: Newspaper reading area and audiovisual materials section.
- Second Floor: Reading room.
