Event Purpose

To promote reading culture in response to the April 23rd "World Book Day," the Macao Public Library, Hong Kong Public Library, Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province, and Shenzhen Library are jointly organizing the 2017 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao "4.23 World Book Day Creation Competition" with the theme of "Chinese Culture." This competition combines reading and creation to encourage children and young people to read and understand the profound and long-standing Chinese culture and history from multiple perspectives.
