Course Philosophy
TCM believes that a weak constitution with low disease resistance makes one susceptible to illness. Without proper care, various diseases can occur and become severe and difficult to treat once they manifest. Therefore, strengthening daily regulation and dietary nourishment is particularly important.
A weak body requires enhanced dietary management. Consuming nutritious foods helps generate Qi and blood, promoting blood circulation. A deficient constitution is prone to ailments from wind-cold, summer-dampness, and dryness-heat, and may also involve weak digestive function, necessitating careful dietary supplementation. TCM emphasizes harmony between humans and nature, so dietary tonification must use ingredients appropriate for different seasons.
