A specialized program for children aged 8-12 to explore their inner world, develop emotional resilience, and build confidence. The program consists of three modules focusing on body awareness, emotional release, and security development, culminating in an overnight growth camp.

Program Structure:

• Module 1: "Accompanying the Body" Group (August 1-19): Learn to stabilize physical reactions and understand body language
• Module 2: "Accompanying Emotions" Group (September 5-October 10): Explore emotional responses in relationships and learn emotional release techniques
• Module 3: "Accompanying Self" Group (October 17-November 21): Develop security and reconstruct growth narratives
• Growth Camp: "Being Well with Myself" (December 5-6, 2026): Overnight camp to rebuild confidence and security
