A comprehensive personal growth program designed for adults who have experienced childhood challenges. Through warm companionship, participants will explore how their upbringing affects them today, enhance emotional awareness, learn to regulate emotions, and build secure attachments.
Program Structure:
- Theme Groups: Each group consists of 4 sessions with 8 participants, allowing for deep interaction.
- Two-Day Retreat: "Crossing the Mountain of Life" – a deep experience in quiet time to reflect on how life has shaped you.

- Recognizing emotions and learning to accompany oneself
- Addressing recurring relationship challenges and understanding attachment patterns
- Clarifying important life issues and redefining goals
- Reviewing life's ups and downs in the growth camp

- Chapter 1: "Accompanying Inner Emotional Storm" Group – August 3–24, 2026 (Monday evenings)
- Chapter 2: "Seeing Myself in Relationships" Group – September 7–28, 2026 (Monday evenings)
- Chapter 3: "Starting a New Chapter for Myself" Group – October 5–26, 2026 (Monday evenings)
- Growth Camp: November 7–8, 2026 (12:00–18:00)
