Course Overview

This workshop is designed to help new parents and family members simply and effectively learn modern, correct techniques for caring for newborns and for postpartum maternal recovery and nourishment. It aims to equip every 'novice' with the essential skills to meet the needs of both the baby and the postpartum mother in a short period, so you won't be overwhelmed after the baby arrives!
