Self-Care Inspiration
With the changeable weather, it's easy to feel tired and low on energy. We invite you to start caring for yourself through small, simple acts. Here are some ideas:
- Drink a warm glass of water in the morning.
- Set aside time for a good walk, soak up some sun, and connect with nature.
- Create a spring-themed playlist and listen to your favorite music.
- Plan a special trip for the spring season.
- Buy fresh ingredients and cook a nice meal for yourself.
- Write down a few things that would make you happy to do.
- Say "yes" to two things you've been wanting to do.
- Schedule exercise into your weekly routine.
- Do some gentle stretching before bed to sleep better.
See you at the "Chat. Heart Space" gathering!
Organized by the Salvation Army Joy Family Integrated Service Centre.
