Program Overview
The Y.POWER Youth Leadership Wilderness Training Program is now open for applications. This program, organized by the Macau Areia Preta Youth Volunteer Association and the Fuhong Society of Macau Areia Preta Community Service Centre, with sponsorship from the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau, aims to cultivate outstanding young leaders.
Through a blend of outdoor training and adventure-based counseling, the program employs a theory-and-practice model. Participants will experience various wilderness adventure activities, learn leadership skills, understand different leadership styles, and enhance their personal charisma.
Program Objectives
- Develop confident, sociable, and community-minded leaders.
- Improve personal psychological resilience and leadership appeal.
- Enhance teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities among participants.
- Build personal self-confidence.
Target Audience
Young people aged 16 to 30 are welcome to participate.
Course Content
- Rock climbing experience
- Canoeing experience
- Orienteering knowledge
- Adventure training
- Opportunity for exchange training in Mainland China
Certification
Participants who complete the training and meet the standards will receive a recognized certificate.

- Application Period: From now until Saturday, June 28.
- Fee: MOP 100.
