Exhibition Overview

The Cultural Affairs Bureau presents "Wrinkles and Folds 3 – Noël Dolla Exhibition" at the Tap Seac Gallery. This exhibition showcases 32 works/sets by the French artist Noël Dolla. It is one of the co-organized exhibition projects for this year's Le French May Arts Festival.

About the Artist

Noël Dolla is the youngest member of the French Supports/Surfaces group. In the early 1960s, he participated in this avant-garde art movement that led artists into a new phase. His work subverts traditional forms of painting by using the most mundane and everyday materials, abandoning conventional creative materials and structures. He expresses his thoughts and research on the essence of painting through abstract forms.
