About the Exhibition

'Wood Engraving — Art Exhibition by Chu Kin Fat' presents a collection of woodblock prints that explore the transformation of reality through artistic spirit. The exhibition is divided into two thematic sections, each housed in a separate gallery room.

Exhibition Themes

• Room 1: Works focusing on themes of Roman Catholicism.
• Room 2: Works centered on daily life and portraiture.

Artist Biography

Chu Kin Fat was born in Macao in 1989. He graduated from the School of Arts at Macao Polytechnic Institute in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts (Arts Education), specializing in printmaking. He is currently a secondary school teacher at Colégio Diocesano de São José. He is also a member of the Macao International Printmaking Arts Research Center, a member of the Macao Artist Society, and an Executive Member of the Macao Polytechnic Institute Alumni Association. He has participated in numerous local and international exhibitions, with his wood engravings often reflecting on life and expressing personal feelings.
