The "Wing Fok Wai – Special Exhibition of Macau University Students' Soft Articles and Short Videos on Lanes, Alleys, and Enclosed Squares" is now being held at No. 10 Wing Fok Wai. Admission is free.
This special exhibition showcases a total of 16 works, including soft articles and short videos, created by students from Macau's higher education institutions. All exhibited works are winning entries from the "Finding Stories in Lanes, Alleys, and Enclosed Squares – Macau Lanes, Alleys, and Enclosed Squares Cultural Tourism Promotion Plan Soft Article/Short Video Competition." The competition was organized by the Macau Advertising Association.
The works cover diverse themes surrounding the history, stories, architecture, food, and festivals of Macau's lanes, alleys, and enclosed squares. They guide visitors on a virtual stroll through historical neighborhoods, with footprints spanning the Macau Peninsula, Taipa, and Coloane. These vibrant works highlight the cultural characteristics of Macau's urban fabric and the creative passion of local university students, encouraging the public to explore, appreciate, and preserve this precious local historical and cultural heritage.
In response to the pandemic situation, the Cultural Affairs Bureau is closely following guidelines from health authorities. Visitors are required to cooperate with on-site crowd control measures, wear their own masks, undergo temperature checks, and present their daily health code.
