Event Purpose
This event, led by local professional orienteering instructors, takes participants to the islands for an orienteering adventure. Orienteering is a dynamic sport that offers an excellent opportunity for physical exercise. During the activity, participants will support each other, complete tasks together, learn interpersonal skills, and expand their social circles. Additionally, this event provides a chance for leisure sports, helping to relieve life stress and boost personal positive energy.

Fee Includes: Insurance during the event, materials, administrative fees, and BBQ dinner for the sharing session.
Note: If the number of participants is insufficient, the sharing session may be canceled. Please indicate your attendance for the pre-event briefing and sharing session when registering.
Registration Deadline
Monday, September 23, 2013 (Payment must be made at the association's office or New Tribe 2 by this date).
Event Schedule
- 13:30: Participants arrive (Hac Sa Park)
- 14:00–15:00: Training Session (Orienteering introduction, map reading, compass use, outdoor experience sharing, equipment demonstration, rules and precautions)
- 15:00: Orienteering activity begins (staggered start)
- 16:45: Orienteering activity ends
- 17:00: Results announcement and brief sharing
- 17:20: Group photo
- 17:20: BBQ dinner
- 20:00: Event concludes
Important Notes & Equipment
- Individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, pregnancy, recent surgery (within six months), fractures, or any condition unsuitable for strenuous exercise are not recommended to participate.
- Participants on long-term medication or feeling unwell on the event day must inform the staff before or during the activity.
Recommended Personal Gear:
- Footwear: Sports shoes or hiking shoes.
- Clothing: Light-colored long-sleeved shirt and long pants.
General Remarks
- Parts of the event will be conducted in small groups. Final team assignments are at the discretion of the organizing committee.
- In case of severe weather on the event day, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, change the venue, or postpone the activity. Please follow official notifications.
- The event章程 is for reference only. The organizer reserves the final right to update and interpret the terms.
Registration Methods & Rules
- In-person registration at the association office (Address: Shop I, G/F, Yau Luen Building, 7 Rua de João de Almeida) or New Tribe 2 (Shop U, G/F, Veng Cheong Garden, 46 Rua de Hangzhou, Taipa (Behind Altira Macau, next to Liumian Restaurant)).
- Online registration, followed by payment at the association office or New Tribe 2.
- Places are confirmed upon payment, first-come-first-served.
- Participants who register online or by phone must pay within three days at the association office or New Tribe 2, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
- For successfully reserved participants, fees are non-refundable after payment.
