Workshop Introduction
Where there are people, there are differing opinions. Disagreements in the workplace that lead to stalemates or even arguments can damage colleague relationships and reduce productivity. The problem isn't the disagreement itself, but rather how to express, receive, and handle differing opinions. Both mindset and technique are crucial for effectively expressing disagreement. This workshop will guide participants to establish a healthy, proactive communication mindset and learn practical communication skills to handle everyday work situations.
