Stamp Festival 2013, themed 'Kid's Dreams on Stamps', is an exhibition that connects the world of postage stamps with interactive games and classic toys to evoke happy childhood memories. The festival features a diverse range of activities for all ages.

• Thematic Exhibition: Display of stamps from around the world related to 'World Children', 'Dreamland', and 'Endless Fun with Toys'.
• Interactive Games & Classic Toys: Experience nostalgic playthings linked to the exhibition.

• Grand Finale – Family Carnival: 'Parent-Child Fun Carnival' on December 28 (2:30pm–5:30pm) with game booths inside the museum.
