The exhibition 'Stacking Up Show – Macau Green Living Art Exhibition' was held by the Macao Polytechnic University School of Arts.
This exhibition featured twenty-one textile collage ('duixiu') artworks created by 25 third-year Visual Arts students. The works showcased great creativity, allowing visitors to experience the rich and diverse culture of Macau.
Students explored traces of Macau's culture and life through the passage of time and daily experiences. Using fragments of fabric, they layered each piece to create their works. Each scrap of cloth carries memories from different owners, and every artwork narrates the visual culture that we have collectively experienced in Macau. The hope is that each creative story can summon and move everyone who sees it.
