The "Soaring Macau Drone Gala" invites five professional teams from Shenzhen, Tianjin, Guangzhou, and Beijing to Macau for spectacular drone programming performances. The event combines technology with humanities and arts to showcase Macau's festive atmosphere, safe and pleasant cityscape, and the cross-border fusion of tourism, culture, celebrations, and sports, reflecting the friendship and exchange between Macau and mainland cities.

All performances will be broadcast on TDM's Macau Channel (9:45 PM session) and TDM HD (7:00 PM & 9:45 PM sessions).
On performance nights from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the section of Avenida da Praia Grande do Nam Van (the lane on the lake side) between the Nam Van Lake Nautical Centre and the Legislative Assembly Building will have limited traffic. During the event, pedestrian access on the Governor Nobre de Carvalho Bridge is prohibited.
If adverse weather is expected, the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) will announce the decision to proceed, delay, or cancel the event no later than 2 hours before the performance.
According to the event's technical consultant, drone performance is affected by wind speed and rain, impacting performance and communication. It is suitable to proceed when wind speed is below Force 5 (31–40 km/h) and there is no rain.
