Competition Date & Location

• Date: October 6, 2013 (Sunday)
• Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Location: Macao Federation of Trade Unions Catering Service Culinary Training Centre

Competition Rules

• Teams of 5 people will be formed by random draw.
• Teams must complete the competition within 2 hours.
• Tasks include purchasing their own ingredients and on-site preparation of assigned ingredients and desserts provided by the organizers.
• The prepared dishes should serve 4-5 people.

Judging Criteria

• Taste: 20%
• Teamwork: 20%
• Creativity: 15%
• Ingredient Application: 15%
• Dish Presentation (knife skills, heat control, appearance): 10%
• Hygiene: 10%
• Time Management: 5%
• Clarity of Introduction: 5%

Registration

• Participants can register online via the Macao New Chinese Youth Association website.

Prizes

• Champion: MOP 1,500 cash + trophy
• 1st Runner-up: MOP 1,000 cash + trophy
• 2nd Runner-up: MOP 500 cash + trophy
• Additional awards (MOP 250 cash + medal each):
