Workshop Content
This workshop is led by a professional instructor and is suitable for all members interested in sound healing, with no prior experience required.
- Introduction to the origin and history of singing bowls
- Five Senses Embodiment Experience: A journey to open your perception
- Teaching of singing bowl techniques and philosophy
- Individual Striking Practice: Hands-on experience of the charm of sound frequency resonance
Note: Singing bowl tools will be provided for use during the activity only and are not to be taken home.
