Event Overview
Join us for a special talk and interactive session exploring the fascinating role of insects in Macau's urban environment. We have invited 'Macau Ant Man' Leong Chi Man to share case studies on how insects serve as indicator species, helping us understand issues such as microplastic pollution, heavy metal contamination, light pollution, the urban heat island effect, and temperature changes. The session will conclude with a live display of local insects, including beetles and ants, for an interactive experience.
