Exhibition Overview

The Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau's annual highlight exhibition, "Revelation of the Unknown History," showcases 119 treasures unearthed in 2007 in Shanxi Yicheng County. This major archaeological discovery includes bronze, primitive pottery, porcelain, jade, and gold artifacts that reveal the splendor of the ancient State of Ba during the Western Zhou Dynasty.

The exhibition is divided into three thematic zones:

Section 1: Unveiling the State of Ba (Discovery and Revelation) – Details the archaeological find.
Section 2: The Glory of the State of Ba (Interpretation and Understanding) – Interprets the historical significance of the artifacts.
Section 3: Folk Culture and Customs – Explores the culture, feudal structure, and daily life of the Ba state, tracing its origins, rise, and fall.
