Organized by the Macao Wind Band Association and sponsored by the Cultural Affairs Bureau, "Percussion Playtime" was the second concert of the Macao Wind Band Festival 2021. This special youth concert took place on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at 17:00 in the Mirror Hall of the Dom Pedro V Theatre.
Held as part of the association's 25th-anniversary celebrations, the festival's theme was "Youthful Years, Wind Music Spreading Through the City." The concert provided a platform for young members to showcase their annual learning achievements on stage, especially meaningful as it was held on the eve of Children's Day.

The Macao Wind Band Association, founded in 1996, has been actively establishing wind bands in local universities, secondary, and primary schools while providing wind instrument instruction. For over 20 years, it has organized the "Macao Wind Band Festival," inviting outstanding domestic and international wind bands and individuals to perform concerts, masterclasses, and workshops in Macao.
