Portuguese painter, sculptor, photographer, and film director Manuel Casimiro makes his Macau debut with this exhibition of 147 works. The exhibition showcases five series of contemporary paintings by the artist, portraying various ways to perceive the world while challenging viewers to decipher the meaning of each piece. Casimiro, born in Porto, Portugal in 1941, has had an artistic career spanning several stages. The oval shape is a recurring motif in his work, highlighting differences in various backgrounds and contexts.
