A guided tour is more than a one-way introduction; it's an interactive activity that facilitates exchange between the audience and the docent, opening a gateway to understanding an exhibition. This talk explores the planning and design of guided tours, the role of a docent, the training required, and how to engage with audiences of different ages and backgrounds. It also examines the current state and development of guided tours in Macao.
