Portuguese illustrator André Carrilho is renowned for his sketchbooks, created during his travels. He has depicted remote regions of Portugal and major cities such as New York, London, Paris, Macao, and Hong Kong. His work possesses a strong personal style, typically using only two or three overlapping colors to create high-contrast, memorable impressions.
In this exhibition, Carrilho combines the techniques from his sketchbooks with stencil printing, resulting in a unique visual experience.
