Exhibition Overview
In line with the policies of "continuing to provide strong support for youth development" and "sustaining the development of artistic and cultural activities," the Youth Art Exhibition Gallery under the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau presents "Nobody – Lee Chi Ho Art Exhibition" from April 8 to 19, 2015.
About the Exhibition
- Artist: Young creator Lee Chi Ho
- Content: The exhibition showcases Lee's artistic works, divided into three thematic zones: Photography, Design, and Audio-Visual Projection.
- Inspiration: The works are inspired by his travels to Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and other places during his university years, capturing his observations and experiences.
- Concept: The exhibition title "Nobody" draws inspiration from the moving poem "Who's Emily? Nobody or Somebody?" by American poet Emily Dickinson. Lee hopes visitors can find resonance with his perspective as a "nobody."
Educational Mission
A notable aspect of each exhibition at the gallery is that the exhibitors, with the assistance, guidance, and encouragement of gallery staff, are involved in exhibition preparation, promotional material design, and installation. This fully embodies the gallery's宗旨 of providing space for youth to exhibit and perform, showcase talent, share creativity, and cultivate creative thinking and self-confidence.
