Night Light Family Support Service Program - Adult Edition
An exclusive "Inner Exploration Journey" designed for adults who have experienced growth setbacks. Through warm companionship, understand the impact of past experiences, enhance emotional awareness, learn to regulate emotions, and build secure attachments.
Program Goals
Over five months, by participating in three groups and one growth camp, achieve:
- Explore personal experiences: Use cards, artistic expression, etc., to understand common growth trauma and its current impact.
- Enhance emotional awareness: Use tools like emotion charts and record books to identify and embrace emotions including sadness, anger, fear, shame, and hurt.
- Regulate emotions: Through practical exercises, learn knowledge of emotion regulation and attachment relationships, and apply it in daily life to stabilize inner state.
Program Content
- Recognize emotions in relationships and learn to accompany oneself.
- Sort out repeated relationship difficulties and understand one's attachment patterns.
- Clarify important issues in current life and redefine goals.
- In the growth camp, review life ups and downs and how they shaped you today.
Theme Groups
Each group has 4 sessions, with 8 participants to allow deep interaction.

- Time: Every Monday evening, 7:30–9:00

"Accompanying the Inner Emotional Storm" Group
- Relieve stress states, learn to accept, release, and regulate emotions, and stabilize oneself in relationship fluctuations.
- Dates: February 2 to March 9, 2026 (every Monday,暂停 for New Year)

- Explore one's attachment patterns and unravel repeated relationship difficulties.
- Dates: March 23 to April 13, 2026 (every Monday)

- Clarify important life issues and reposition direction.
- Dates: April 27 to May 18, 2026 (every Monday)
Two-Day Deep Experience: "Crossing the Mountain of Life" Growth Camp

- Date: June 20, 2026, 12:00 to June 21, 18:00
- Location: Macau / Hong Kong
Fees
- Each theme group: MOP 100 (includes growth record book, insurance, supplies, etc.)
- Growth camp: MOP 300
- Fee waiver: Attend any two groups with 100% attendance to participate in the camp for free.
Important Dates (Must Note)

- Admission announcement: January 19, 2026, notified by phone and message.
- First-round payment confirmation: January 19–23, 2026,逾期视为放弃.
