B. A Premier Holiday Destination
The expo was positioned as the only comprehensive exhibition during the National Day holiday featuring international cuisine, shopping, and entertainment. It guaranteed to be Macao's largest and most creative food event, allowing visitors to arrive hungry and leave satisfied.
Key Initiatives to Enhance Quality & Scale:
- Large Corporate Employee Shopping Day: In collaboration with Sands China Ltd. and Bank of China Macau Branch, the expo organized special shopping days for their employees and users, offering exclusive discounts and gifts to over 100,000 potential consumers.
- Featured Exhibitors: The event included a special "Taichung Three Treasures" experience pavilion from Taiwan and invited more popular and high-quality brands from Hong Kong to attract middle-class consumers.
C. Entertainment & Special Programs
- $1 Super Sale: Following the previous year's frenzy, hundreds of premium seafood and specialty products were available for just MOP $1 daily at 11:00 AM at the information counter (ticket required, limited quantities, first-come-first-served).
- Fresh On-site Activities: A variety of exciting entertainment programs, prize games, and daily limited-time super low-price products were organized.
- Opening Ceremony & Awards Presentation: The opening ceremony and the Macao Quality Business Association Awards Presentation were held on October 1, 2015, from 16:00 to 17:00 to recognize enterprises providing quality food and services.
