Event Overview

Organized by the Youth Volunteer Association, the annual highlight of the "Caring for Society Volunteer Service Series"—"Moon Festival Love"—is here! This year features a special parent-child session, perfect for both adults and children. The love-filled mooncakes and heartfelt gifts you make will be delivered to seniors, allowing you to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival together.

Event Details

During the festive Mid-Autumn season, a time for family reunion, this event aims to cultivate a spirit of volunteerism. Professional pastry instructors will teach volunteers how to make mooncakes. These "Love Mooncakes," along with DIY gifts, will be donated to the elderly and those in need. Participants will also visit local community organizations to distribute their handmade creations, spreading care and blessings.

Target Participants

• Individuals aged 15–40 who are registered volunteers of the association or are enthusiastic about community service.
• (Priority is given to registered volunteers; on-the-spot registration is available.)

• Love Mooncake Making & DIY Gift Session (General)

  • Dates: September 8–9 (Thursday & Friday)
  • Time: 19:00–22:00
  • Capacity: 30–40 people per night

• Love Mooncake Making & DIY Gift Session (Parent-Child Special)

  • Date: September 10 (Saturday)
  • Time: 19:00–22:00
  • Capacity: 10–15 families, plus 15 volunteers

• Organization Visit & Distribution Session

  • Date: September 11 (Sunday)
  • Time: 9:00–12:00
  • Capacity: 30–40 people
