Invited Program: Mental Health Education & Wellness Relaxation Series 2024
In our fast-paced lives, work pressure, academic burdens, and daily chores can lead to stress, anxiety, and fatigue. Learning to find and create moments of relaxation is crucial for physical and mental well-being. Macau Fu Hong Society is organizing this series to promote the importance of mental health, providing information on stress-relief methods and ways to improve quality of life, encouraging the public to pay attention to their mental health and cultivate wellness and relaxation habits.
