Macau Shopping Festival 2013
The long-anticipated annual Macau Shopping Festival is back! Visit Macau between December 1 and 31 to experience the festive Christmas atmosphere in the Historic Centre of Macau, enjoy shopping and dining, and take advantage of special offers from hundreds of brand-name stores.
Event Details
- Date: December 1–31, 2013
- Theme: One Day Shopping, One Day Touring
- Objective: To encourage overnight tourism and provide a diverse shopping experience while promoting local creative and cultural industries.
Organizers
- Organized by: A consortium of 17 local groups, chambers of commerce, and major shopping malls.
- Co-organized by: Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO).
- Sponsored by: Macau Foundation and the Industrial and Commercial Development Fund of the Economic Services Bureau.
Festival Highlights
- Over 1,000 participating merchants, including large shopping malls, brand boutiques, and local creative shops.
- A wide variety of products: fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, creative products, and more.
- Special discounts and offers throughout the festival period.
Lucky Draw for Visitors
- Period: December 1–31, 2013
- Eligibility: All visitors entering Macau for sightseeing and shopping.
- Prizes: Accommodation vouchers, cash shopping vouchers, brand watches, prepaid cards, brand bags, air tickets, and Hong Kong/Macau ferry tickets.
