In recent years, the Macau government has actively promoted healthy activities, striving to elevate the city into an international leisure and wellness hub. To support this vision, the Macau LOHAS Industry Association plans to host the "Macau LOHAS Expo" annually during the summer, creating an interactive platform for the LOHAS industry and putting the core spirit of LOHAS into practice.
The Macau LOHAS Expo 2014 aims to integrate LOHAS culture into all aspects of daily life—clothing, food, housing, and transportation. The expo advocates for a culture centered on low-carbon living, green energy, health and environmental protection, organic food, and the conservation of Earth's resources.
