Climate change is causing increasingly frequent extreme weather worldwide, with Africa being particularly hard hit. The Horn of Africa is experiencing its worst drought in 40 years, with some areas suffering from prolonged drought followed by floods, leading to massive crop failures and worsening hunger. Africa currently has the fastest-growing hungry population, with a total of 278 million people suffering from hunger—one in five people. They urgently need our help.
