In recent years, the "Korean Wave" has swept across the region, with Korean fashion rising to prominence as a key trendsetter in the Asia-Pacific fashion scene. To celebrate this, the Macao Fashion Gallery presents the innovative "Korea-Macao Spring Summer Fashion Show," showcasing the latest 2013 collections from young fashion brands in both Korea and Macao.
Coincidentally, designers from both regions have chosen chiffon as their primary material, creating light and natural fabrics. These are complemented by this year's popular digital prints and fabrics of various textures, such as cotton, embossed cloth, and faux leather. The unique designs and bold, innovative color combinations are sure to captivate visitors.
The exhibition also features a special collaborative project where designers were invited to create new works incorporating distinctive elements from each other's regions. These brand-new pieces will make their debut at this exhibition, aiming to further encourage innovation in local fashion design and deepen international fashion exchange and cooperation.
