Blown by the Winds of Imagination
A poetic and visual theatrical adventure specially created for young children.
About the Show
- Synopsis: A mysterious hot wind named "Loo" from the plains of India and Pakistan transforms wetlands and seas into deserts overnight. A little boat is stuck in endless sand dunes, and the captain is missing. Kids and parents are invited on a fantastic journey to explore this tiny, amazing world.
- Experience: A sensorial, wordless experience where the audience sits very close to the action, sharing a set that replicates a partially sand-covered ship. Creative props, soothing music, and lighting effects create a tranquil, poetic environment.
- Creator: Originally conceived by the acclaimed Spanish theatre group Ponten Pie.
- Awards & Recognition: Winner of the FETEN 2017 prize for "Best Show For Early Ages". It has toured extensively across Europe, including the Edinburgh International Children's Festival.
