About the Artist

Weng Lijing, pen name Three Days, was born in Hong Kong and resides in Macao. Influenced by cartoons, comics, and pop culture during her formative years, her works are characterized by a narrative quality and a cute cartoon style. The imagery in her pieces conveys a sense of transparency, inviting viewers into a tranquil and surreal parallel space.

Artistic Achievements

• Winner of the 2015 Orient Foundation Art Prize.
• Solo exhibitions include Atlantis – Three Days Oil Painting Exhibition (Lisbon, Portugal, 2016) and Micro-expressions – Weng Lijing Solo Exhibition (2013).
• Has been invited to participate in numerous exhibitions of various types.
• Holds a Master's degree in Western Painting Creation from National Taiwan Normal University and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Macau.

About the Exhibition

In this creative endeavor, Three Days adopts the dual roles of observer and participant in the interactive process of being "human." She consciously observes human behavioral patterns, psychological states, and manifestations of human nature. Based on these observations, she raises various questions, conducts data analysis, and makes objective records, which ultimately become the form through which the artist expresses her concepts. Within this interactive process, viewers are invited to participate and collectively become part of the artistic creation.
