AFA invites you to the opening of the exhibition "Forbidden Sins—Hong Wai Pop Ink" at 6:30pm on 29 November at Art For All Society.
This exhibition showcases a selection of ink paintings from “La Collection” and “Love and Peace” - two recent series of works by Hong Wai, a Macau-born artist now residing in Paris.
The exhibition explores the provocative and playful themes of sex and violence in contemporary art. Seductive, ironic, and provocative, Hong Wai masterfully uses ink as a medium to transform "Forbidden Sins" into a playground of ideas, while simultaneously generating profound implications for the viewer.
