Join a unique Halloween adventure combining technology and exploration! This AR (Augmented Reality) orienteering event challenges you to solve a maritime mystery using your smartphone.

Location: S04 Creative & Cultural Booth, 10th China (Macao) International Yacht Import & Export Fair, Fisherman's Wharf (located within the fair's Food & Creative Culture Zone)

Gameplay: AR & Script-Based Orienteering

Each team needs at least one fully charged smartphone.
Receive clues from the organizer and explore designated city locations to find special targets.
Use your phone to scan items indicated by the clues to reveal 3D AR images.
Interact with the AR 3D images and follow prompts to complete orienteering tasks.
The goal is to complete all tasks and finish the entire journey in the fastest time to win.

Story Background

During the Age of Sail, a foreign ship carrying tribute to China was caught in a storm in the South China Sea. The hull began to leak. The captain sent a distress signal, but the storm was too fierce for the Chinese fleet to assist. After hours of battering waves, the ship sank, forcing the crew to jettison its cargo.

A small sampan then appeared on the sea. According to the ship's log, it was manned by a lone pirate. To ensure the crew's safety, the captain promised the pirate the ship's most important tribute items.

Ultimately, all crew members made it safely ashore, but some of the tribute items vanished without a trace.

Pupil Dream Mutual Aid Laboratory is a team from Macau passionate about technology and outdoor activities. They are currently focused on developing VR and AR applications for events and educational tools, aiming to bring together like-minded individuals through public events to create fun, tech-driven activities.
