Eligibility & Application

Target Participants: Macau students aged 18 or above (can apply as a group or individual).
Booth Deposit: MOP 300 (refundable after the event).
Booth Support: Lunch will be provided for each booth.
Selection Process: If more than 10 applications are received, selection will be based on booth category, description, and submitted works.

Awards

Most Popular Award: Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three most popular booths.

- 2nd Prize: MOP 800
- 3rd Prize: MOP 500

Terms & Conditions

Vendors are responsible for their own profits and losses on the day.
Vendors must use the long tables provided by the organizer and report any damage promptly.
Only pre-approved goods or services may be sold, in compliance with current laws.
Vendors are responsible for the safety of items in their booth and may purchase insurance if needed.
The deposit will not be refunded for unexplained absence.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to typhoons, heavy rain, or force majeure.
The organizer will handle personal data in accordance with Macau's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 8/2005).
The organizer retains the rights for event reporting, promotion, and use of photos taken during the event for future publicity.
The organizer holds final interpretation and decision rights regarding participation terms.
