"Florence Chan: Stars Encounter - 50 Years Commemorative Exhibition" uses half a century as a timeline and "stars" as its main theme, presenting the "Avenue of Stars" that Florence Chan (Mrs. Chan) has traversed throughout her 50-year career in the entertainment industry.
About Florence Chan
Mrs. Chan is a multi-faceted figure in the entertainment world. She has organized over 2,000 concerts, established herself as a top-tier manager, served as a music publishing agent, produced records, and created countless concerts. Leading her team across the country and around the world, she has left the public with beautiful memories and, over the years, has amassed a significant collection of memorabilia.
Exhibition Highlights
- Vinyl Record Zone: A special area dedicated to the vinyl records she helped produce, complete with the stories behind each album.
- Musical Theater Zones: Dedicated sections for the two major musicals The Storm and Snow Wolf Lake, featuring the first-ever display of stage costumes from The Storm.
- Private Collection Zone: Showcasing Mrs. Chan's personal collection, including hundreds of backstage passes, never-before-seen treasures, autographs from superstars, and posters.
- Leslie Cheung Zone: Displaying nearly a hundred performance artifacts from "Gor Gor" (Leslie Cheung). Features a special Leslie Cafe, fulfilling his promise from 35 years ago at his Farewell Concert to treat the audience to coffee.
- Souvenir Zone: A merchandise area with items personally designed by master artist William Chang and Mrs. Chan herself.
Every piece represents a memory and a token of remembrance.
